Overview
As this beloved British cop show returns, the old dogs of the Unsolved Crime and Open Case Squad (UCOS) have a new boss. Beautiful young DCI Sasha Miller (Tamzin Outhwaite, EastEnders) keeps a watchful eye on her motley crew of veteran detectives: Gerry Standing (Dennis Waterman, The Sweeney), Steve McAndrew (Denis Lawson, Bleak House), and Danny Griffin (Nicholas Lyndhurst, Only Fools and Horses). Although the show's cast has changed over the years, they still solve daunting cases with classic sleuthing skills and more than a touch of gentle humor.

In Season 11, the team tackles crimes involving antinuclear protesters, battle reenactors, an amateur sleuth, illegal immigrants, and state secrets from the Cold War era. Guest stars include Julie Graham (The Bletchley Circle), David Hayman (The Paradise), Amy Nuttall (Downton Abbey), Liz White (Life on Mars), and Phil Davis (Whitechapel). 10 episodes, 3 DVDs, approx. 610 minutes, SDH.

Episode 2: Tender Loving Care
When new witnesses come forward with information about the violent 2010 murder of a brilliant young doctor, the team uncovers evidence of her unhappy past: a possible stalker, a tutor who was suspiciously close, and the husband of a patient who died under her care. Dan is depressed because his daughter has left home for university.

Episode 3: Deep Swimming
Thirty years after the death of a suspected terrorist, the man's daughter receives an anonymous note claiming he was murdered. Clues lead the team to the Greenham Common antinuclear protests of the 1980s. Sasha has dinner with Ned, who's angling for a reconciliation.

Episode 4: Ghosts
An 80-year-old woman with dementia walks into a police station to report the 60-year-old murder of her husband, a London bobby. The official report says he fell into the river, but the team's investigation uncovers old secrets. Episode 5: London Underground
When the discovery of a film critic's body floating in the sewer relates to the unsolved murder of an artist 20 years earlier, Sasha must work with her ex again. Ned's team tackles the latest crime, while UCOS digs into the cold case. Danny's knowledge of underground London may be the key to solving both.

Episode 6: Roman Ruined
Traces of blood on a Roman sword are linked to an unidentified, headless corpse found in 2008. Taking up the unsolved case, the team enters the world of Roman battle reenactors. Just as Danny starts having feelings for someone new, he learns that his wife might be discharged from the secure hospital where she has spent the past several years.

Episode 7: In Vino Veritas
After the 2009 death of a pub landlord in a fire, his live-in barmaid, an illegal Turkish immigrant, disappeared. When the Turkish woman is arrested, UCOS reexamines the events surrounding the landlord's demise. As the team looks for answers, Sasha enters them in a local sports competition.

Episode 9: Breadcrumbs
After an amateur sleuth is murdered, a photo of Danny is found at the scene. It turns out Danny was her friend, and he vows to find the killer.
