Archeology and CSI
By Catsinacradle from TX on 10/25/2013

Love this series. Combines mysteries and archeology, two of my favourite things. The DVD was at a very nice price with the sale and it arrived very quickly and well packaged. I am very happy with the series and look forward to getting more DVD's from Acorn.

While a bit far fetched, it did provide interest, albeit by time/story shifting.

I love the series and wish it had been renewed for a few years. It had an excellent premise, and a wonderful chemistry from the cast. I just thought it was intriguing, as well thought provoking. You will like it.

Enjoyable. Good characters. We are glad we bought it. I do understand why it only lasted one season though.

I have not watched the entire DVD as yet, but it is an interesting premise with intense drama that develops into hair-raising climaxes.Very well acted and some excellent special effects.

Just for fun
By A.R. from MT on 10/11/2012

Contrary to other reviews I read, I enjoyed the series. There was a mystery within a mystery and I liked the various historical incidents and how they were tied in together. I thought the journey of the sword a little contrived, but otherwise it was fun.

Only the best it can be!!!!!

All actors were excellent, stories involved twisting plots. Fun to watch, especially if the past tells what the future will be.....

We very much enjoyed the series. A little 'National Treasure' with 'Indian Jones' and 'Sherlock Holmes' mixed in. Well-developed characters and interesting stories. We always like Hugh Bonneville!
