OK, so the App doesn't work on our TV and I have to link my lap top to the TV to watch Acorn BUT, there is so much brilliant programming with great British actors and writers that I will put up with this inconvenience. For $4. 99 a month, it is the best purchase we make each month. I will admit that the really old programs do not view well on our smart TV but there is so much more to watch.

New TV website is awful. Search feature does not work, customer service does not answer, and the new programs show up on no particular schedule if ever.Acorn TV went from very good to poor in one year and unfortunately Acorn does not seem to care.
Content is great, but picture quality and playback can be spotty. Customer service is a joke. These people make cable companies look like gods of customer service.
The content is good if you can get it. Be aware that it does NOT work well on Android tablets. Customer service is horrible!
