Soak it in water, put it in a cold oven, turn on the heat and whatever you're cooking - pot roast or meatloaf, chicken or pork, bread, soups, sides, or desserts - will come out succulent, juicy and rich in vitamins and nutrients. Claypot cooking is as old as the ancient Romans, and once you try it, you'll be hooked. Small holds 1½ quarts or a 3 lb. chicken or roast; about 12" long x 8" wide x 6" high. Medium holds 3 quarts or 5½ lb.; 14" long x 9" wide x 7" high. The lid nests upside-down in the base for storage. Handcrafted in Germany.
